Here is the question. When I came into a castle, there was a weapon called Whisper of Yenwood. When I used my warrior to pick it up, I couldn't find it in my inventory. I tried to select other characters to do this but failed again. I guess same situation occurred several times during the game.

 

I have a similar problem. It already happened to me twice in Valewood that I tried to loot an item but it wouldn't turn up in any of my party's inventory. This happened to me with the flail in the bear cave and atop a ruin with some gloves and other stuff in a corpse.

 

Please post here if you have a solution.

Same here. Where do I report bugs so the developers actually look at it?

I enter the great hall. In the first Urn there is a sword named "whispers of yenwood".

When I pick it up, it disappears from the urn, as it should, but the sword doesn't appear in my inventory.

I tried a few times with game reloads and different characters, to no avail.

 

I have the safefile ready at hand, but somebody decided that the max upload size in this forum is LESS than a safefile. Duh....

 

How do I proceed with this bugreport?

There is a MUST READ sticky topic in this forum. If you follow the instructions ... you learn about uploading files to a service like dropbox.com.

How reproducible is it for you?

 

For this issue ... it may be helpful to upload both the savegame before trying to pick up the item and the savegame after you've picked it up. Check out the MUST READ sticky topic for instructions.

Restarted the game, and now I can pick it up. Makes me wonder how much disappears I do not notice. :-/

(I'll add a safefile next time I have a problem)

I was able to look the Whisper of Yenwood and it remained in my inventory. Did you check your Stash? I could be there. As Merina as advised, please upload a save file so I can take a look.
