Any way to hide the health hp-diamonds/recharge meter on everyone head? It makes combat sometimes jarring.

I'm confident this would make battles 100x easier so i can see whats going on when there is many many enemies.

 

Is there any way to do this?

 

I don't need to see when my attack or enemy attack is ending, and my HP  is on the Portrait.

Toggle off "Combat Tooltips" under Game options.
