Engagement doesn't exactly work as advertised

Engagement is definitely bugged. I've watched characters (both my own and enemies) eat Disengagement attacks from the guy that they are moving up to attack, before they become Engaged to anyone. I, uh, don't think that's how "Disengagement" is supposed to work.

Can confirm. It's only happened 3 times during my 20 or so hours, and I haven't been hit by any of them, but I've seen the vfx.

I have also seen people being "engaged" from some 5 meters away.
