Unity: stop unity from pausing (sound from being stopped) when game looses focus

Hello

As title says, I want to not explicitly being the sound muted (or the game paused) when my game window looses focus.

I'm having an twinview (dual-monitor) setup, switching between windows is absolutly normal for me...

 

I found this:

However this is related to the scripting API of unity, is there a setting which I can apply to global.prefs etc.?

Someone knows?
