Have played up to about level 4 and working through Raedric's Hold and my save is broken :(

I'm on a rampart above the priest area and when I zone back down the UI is totally black with a red cancel / no smoking cursor and nothing works - game eventually crashes out with the Close Program / Wait dialog:

There is no crash dump. Save is Steam Cloud.

This absolutely sucks and I'm gutted ... Is there any support provided other than peer support on the forum?

Hello,

Could you please attach an output log and saved game after you experience this issue in game? You can do this by playing the game until you see the issue, then copy the files that you find in these locations:

Save Games location:

%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Pillars of Eternity\Saves

Output log:

\Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\output_log.txt

Then post the files here along with your system specs or dxdiag.

This should help us greatly to resolve the issue.

Thank you!!!

Looks to me like either incorrectly linked or missing skeleton files for a female human cape (F_HUM_Cape_01). Could be a bug or a corrupt download, you can try to redownload the game just in case.(Or verify game cache)

We appreciate your support.

I'm having the same exact issue :(
