Blurry & Pixel background on ATI (with solution)

I got a problem with the image at some locations (sometimes not a full location), the pixel image, sometimes the indistinct(blurry). (on ScrShot). Windows 7Ultimate x64,  AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series card driver last (ver 14.12)

 

I solved this problem by installation of the LAST BETA driver: AMD-catalyst-15.3beta-64bit-win7-mar20

So did mssa 0 solve this for you too, or not? It doesn't appear to be the exact same issue as mine, and I don't want to install newer drivers because other versions newer than 13.12 give me crashes in various games when using GVR.

No traditional wizard worth his pointy hat could possibly work by the light of pure, smooth, dare one say virgin undribbled candles. It would just not look right. The ambience would be totally shattered. And when it did happen, the luckless wizard would mess about, as people do, with matchsticks and bent paperclips, to try to get nice little dribbles and channels of wax, as nature intended. However, this sort of thing never really works and invariably ends with wax all over the carpet and the wizard setting himself on fire.
