sadness.

I see the dreams so marvelously sad

The creeks of land so solid and encrusted

Where wave and tide against the shore is busted

While chanting by the moonlit twilight's bed

Hey,

Can you please attach your save games, output logs, and dxdiag/system specs?

Save Games location:

%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Pillars of Eternity\Saves

Output log:

\Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\output_log.txt

Thanks!

fixed the problem myself by removing ar files from the save manually and thus resetting the area, so check there.

I've got pretty much the same problem but all I did was enter through the top, kill a few priests and then leave to recruit another party member.  When I get back, it crashes like mrmonocole describes but in my output I get:

ArgumentException: An element with the same key already exists in the dictionary.

I just saw somewhere else that you want the files attached to the post instead of externally, but even after doing ultra compression on the savegame in 7zip, its too big for me to attach here as the max file size is 507kb (why would anyone possibly chose that size?)

Seconded.  I would give up my quest progress on that map just to continue.  This is really frustrating.  I am loving the game, but if i can't fix this it's is effectively over for me.  I wont start a new campaign.

I'm new to forums. I am having the same issue. I went onto the roof of the keep and now the game crashed when I go back inside.. Every time. Is there some kind of log so I can share what ever error is occurring? Also I cant seem to find my save games in GoG's folder structure. I'm a newb. :(
