Around 20:46 mark, look at river, there are missing reflections in a specific point.

 

A bug for sure, although I dont think it looks that bad. Sortof looks like the wind scratching the surface, affecting the surface structure.
IRL there are often matte patches on water surfaces, depending on the wind. One static matte spot might look odd after a while though :p

They added river reflections with the last beta, but they forgot to "pass" that little part ^_^
