What the title says. When BB priest looks at her scrolls out of combat, and she has Lore 8, they are greyed out and have a red text (presumably means not usable, saying Lore 4 only). But as soon as combat ensues, those scrolls (if on quick bar), becomes usable and readily available. And they do work. I have confirmed that.

Perhaps, but the stark red "Lore 4 required" (or something), certainly tries to tell me something. And when my Lore 8 character has one of them scrolls, the message seems clear: You cannot use it.

 

Best thing would be if that text "Lore 4..." disappeared, if the one having it in invo or on quickbar fulfils the requirement.
