Is it just me or it's that the hearth orlans are so critty?

currently is bugged.  it appeared as if orlan were getting crit chance multiplied depending on the number o' party members attacking a given foe.

Still, I find Hearth Orlan's passive the best of all races combined together.

That's because it's bugged.
