There is some inconsistency with Wound Binding/Field Triage

 

a. It does appear to be adjusted properly by Might

 

b. Intelligence, however, does increase the duration, but NOT the healing amount. So Intelligence seems to make you worse at it. 

 

c. The tool tip when used does show the correct duration. But it does not display the adjusted level of health gain. 

 

 

 

I actually tested Field Triage. Not sure about wound binding.

Configure browser push notifications

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
