As you can see here a Stone Beetle can bypass 10 DT. Wood and Adra beetles also do it.

Intended or bug ?

In fact, all the numbers seem off, almost like dt randomly working as dr did?

Beetles have ignored 10 DT for several builds.

Anything you feel might be off probably isn't related to this.

Yeah, but I don't think it had been reported yet.

The armor changes highlight how ridiculous monster damage is.

Josh just posted on Something Awful that it's not a bug, but it needs to be toned down a bit.

Yeah, you better off attacking them naked, that is just dumb.

Beetle damage is ridiculous. I almost just uninstalled the entire game because it's so broken- was my second attempt at playing PoE after ragequitting the first time because of bad combat experience. Went out there and died like 14 times in a row to those beetles, even trying to pull them carefully etc. I realize it's just beta, but a *little* QA on the difficulty might be in order. I decided to give the game one more chance because I really care about what PoE is trying to do and went to other zones and realized that the beetles are just ridiculously broken. Why the **** would beetles be scarier than dragons, cultists, trained assassins, etc....
