I just wanted to ask if Pillars of Eternity has the incredibly useful customizable party formation mechanic like in The Temple of Elemental Evil game:312375-the-temple-of-elemental-evil-a-cl

 

Can anyone tell me if this mechanic is present in PoE? And if not is there any intention of adding it to the game in the future?
