[333]You can see NPCs even with the fog of war

I have visited the village before and the fog is in play. Its a little hard to see with it being dark but as you can see from what I have circled there is an NPC standing here.

 

Now revealed:

 

Any NPC carrying objects like books (IE reading), weapons, or shields can been seen this way. It seems the fog of war does not hide objects they are carrying.

Still applies in this build 364; it is funny going into the inn for example and watch patrons lift there mugs up and done but you cannot see the NPC doing that action
