Oerwinde Posted May 5, 2004 Posted May 5, 2004 I prefer my potatoes wrapped in tinfoil with some garlic butter, and roasted. The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
Ellester Posted May 6, 2004 Posted May 6, 2004 Rosemary is the perfect spice to add to potatoes. Life is like a clam. Years of filtering crap then some bastard cracks you open and scrapes you into its damned mouth, end of story. - Steven Erikson

Gorth Posted May 7, 2004 Posted May 7, 2004 Its there to give the potatoes sex-appeal... Ever seen pinup-art by Sorayama Hajime ? Some of the pieces by Julie Bell uses that "silver/crome skin" trick too... “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. St Paddy Posted May 11, 2004 Posted May 11, 2004 My God, this many posts and NOBODY mentioned new potatoes boiled. By far the best way to eat them. They have to lock me away at the beginning of summer or there won't be any new spuds left. Second best is roast, alongside a nice juicy hunk of pork. ooooooh yeah.
Gorth Posted May 11, 2004 Posted May 11, 2004 They have to lock me away at the beginning of summer or there won't be any new spuds left. Let me guess ? You're Irish ? “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt.
