Agreed, I'm not sure those really obvious arrows are totally necessary either

I don't mind the arrows, but they should probably auto-hide.  But I agree there is no need for a tooltip on this map.

And speaking of arrows: I can't find the thread, but I recall me and lot of other peeps were not happy about the character creation windows.

Since they are already nice and big, it's extremely annoying that you have to use an arrow to scroll down just in order to see the end of the descriptions, and the end is usually the most important stuff, like what attributes or skills that you get a bonus in.
