Firearm recovery time and reload animation do not match



[Expected Behaviour]


Recovery time should represent the remaining value of reload time for a firearm ranged weapon.




Recovery time ticks down as normal, not taking into account the reload time of the weapon, but rather following the default rules of [action animation 30 frames?] + [recovery time default 30 frames?] + modifiers


Once the recovery bar depletes and disappears, the character is still stuck in the reload animation for the arbalest, and there doesn't appear to be a reload animation for the pistol at present.
