Crash file? Can't upload?

Ok color me tech challenged but after a crash I got some error info on finding the crash folder containing a file named error and one named report and a suggestion to send it to the devs -

 

However when attempting to attach it I get the notice I am not permitted to upload this kind of file...

 

Suggestions?

rar/zip the folder, then upload?

It would be of small avail to talk of magic in the air...

Upload it to a file hosting site such as upload.ee and link it here.
