Footpad's Hood looks like a (very nice) helmet

I found a Footpad's Hood at some point of the beta, and equipped it. I was a bit surprised to see it look like a very nice helmet. Might want to check the model. It also didn't seem to do anything much.

I remember this one, as I found it too. Can't tell you exactly where I found it, but I'm inclined to say in the Skaen Temple.

I found one in the locked chests upstairs in the inn. Those have random loot, though.
