Cannot cancel character creation

I believe it would be useful to be able to cancel your character creation. At the moment, you cannot leave the character creation process unless you see it through the end. I wanted to just look again at the classes and couldn't get out unless I finished creating said character even though I just wanted to have a look.

This is also true for creating companions at the inn. Once you start the process, you cannot back out of it, so you have no choice but to make a character and pay the associated amount of currency.
