when i press Alt the game shows some colour circle whats is it ?

Seconded. Finding it very hard to know what's what. Don't understand a lot of my classes' innate abilities that don't have a tooltip, 

Pressing alt activates and deactivates SCOUT mode which has the character scout the area for interesting items, much like 'Find Traps' function in Baldurs Gate', if your character discovers anything of interest it will mark the object, combining this with 'HIGHLIGHT' allows the player to make the most of exploration and to my mind offer some of the best fun elements rpgs can offer.

Yes, having a manual would be very useful.

It's BETA and many of the systems in the game haven't been finalized yet -- expecting a manual at this point is unrealistic. There is a sticky post by Brandon Adler at the top of this forum covering some of the game's basics. Outside of what is covered there, I would suggest taking your time to read the in-game information about attributes, skills, feats, equipment, etc. -- it should give you a basic idea of how all those elements effect gameplay / combat.
