2.)Hire hireling from Drakogen inn, ensure he has Knockdown

3.) Try to move the hireling independantly. He won't move

4.) You an make him move by selecting the knockdown ability at which point he bolts everywhere perminantly.

5.) This effect is also applied to the entire party. My whole party skittering around like rabbits hahahaha

Did this happen when your player character was a ranger? Because if so, then this issue has been reported and is being worked on currently. Things are just a little finicky when we throw an animal companion into the party.
