When you're asked to find Jesus a second time, I know he's supposed to be on the podium and you can aim the two lights supposedly, to see his shadow.

 

However when I came in the first time I was already playing around with the lights and they were already aimed towards the window that supposedly would cast his shadow.. I dunno if I just broke this sidequest?

In any case, I hear him snickering in the church but he's not to be found on the podium, nor can I see his shade, checked all the benches too..

 

 

any advice?

Have you checked behind the podium? He should be there.

There's a light switch on the right, turn off the lights.

Turn the lights, you should see his shadow.

Go behind the podium and you should see the action to talk.

You have to turn the lights at the bottom of the stage to turn to reveal his shadow and then hit the lights
