Faculty Lounge - Silver Key Issue (Couldn't post in tech support)

For some reason I couldn't start a new topic in tech support.

 

I'm at the Faculty Lounge trying to get the silver key.

 

I defeat all the kids in there and I can't see or find a key anywhere. There's a hand/arrow pointing down near a kid down on the ground. I press space to talk to him, he just makes a noise and that's it. I've searched all the containers and kids and nothing.

 

Glitch or am I missing something obvious here?

 

I've tried reloading a checkpoint and doing the part over, same results.

You need to switch to Butters as your partner. And then use him like you used Kenny to distract the earlier one.

Butters is a pali.so heals peeps.as you can see he is injured and needs a nice person to help him. So as above get butters to help him
