I am playing through Kotor2 as a neutral(ish) Jedi Consular, and in planning my feats i am trying to figure out whether or not i will be able to get a prestige class. (for example, i am considering taking the Force power regeneration feat, but some prestige classes get this for free i believe). 

 

So, what is the prestige class requirements? Is it a matter of having a high enough LS or DS (because then i wont get them), or is it story choices that determine it?

Correct, if you play neutral you can't take a prestige class.
