Michael_Galt Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 Awesome. This is great. The more I read, the more sure I am that I'll be one happy customer come April 2014... This answers many of the questions I had, as well. Great work- love the organization of things. The music sounds great! "1 is 1"
Marceror Posted October 29, 2012 Author Posted October 29, 2012 Glad you find the guide helpful Michael_Galt. I continue to add updates where I can find them, but the pace has obviously slowed drastically since the Kickstarter campaign ended. Gyor Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 They should sticky this thread so it doesn't need to be bumped.
Michael_Galt Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 I concur. Now to see if it has been... "1 is 1"
Marceror Posted November 4, 2012 Author Posted November 4, 2012 I've been a bit slow with updates this week due to being slammed in real life, but I think I'm all caught up now. In addition to content updates, I also made some organizational changes. Namely, I have changed the video section into more of a timeline which now includes all Kickstarter updates since the beginning of the campaign until now. The full list of changes is in the update log: http://www.sorcerers.net/forums/showthread.php?t=58186 "Now to find a home for my other staff."My Project Eternity Interview with Adam Brennecke
Sacred_Path Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 Damn you, that was a delicious read. Can't wait for the beta.
Michael_Galt Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 There is also this: Â You can sort it different ways, but it does have a fair amount of information in there. A lot of it isn't P:E specific, but I did see some pretty key stuff. If you haven't checked out the Unity software they are using, you should- it's pretty awesome. Â http://video.unity3d...4-using-mecanim http://video.unity3d.com/ Â I have added a good amount of information from the AMA. I probably didn't find everything. I'll take another look at that, as my goal with the guide is to alleviate the need for multiple sources to be scanned - though it is important to provide references to those sources, so they can be easily found and checked. The Reddit format is a bit on the cumbersome side, but I'm okay with scouring it so that others don't have to. Michael_Galt Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I figured that was the case. I enjoyed reading their responses to lots of other subjects, however unrelated. Mainly the stuff about Arcanum... "1 is 1"
Marceror Posted November 4, 2012 Author Posted November 4, 2012 Fair enough. As you point out, there's plenty of non-PE stuff there too, which obviously you won't be able to find in my guide. "Now to find a home for my other staff."My Project Eternity Interview with Adam Brennecke
Marceror Posted December 7, 2012 Author Posted December 7, 2012 I'm shamelessly scraping this thread off page 97 for those who haven't seen it yet. I continue to keep this up to date. There's a ton of information about the game for those who are looking to get up to speed. "Now to find a home for my other staff."My Project Eternity Interview with Adam Brennecke
