Is it possible to extend a Kickstarter? So could they decide to extend it an extra week to try to get to that 3.5 million?

I don't see why they would have to stop paypal donations anytime soon.

Not sure about Kickstarters policies.

Directly no, that's against Kickstarter Rules, indirectly via Paypal or even a seperate kickstarter aimed at the the second big city yes.

I don't think so, but people can always contribute afterward via PayPal. They'll have to set the budget at some point.

But they can still use paypal for awhile.

DFA and Wasteland 2 still accept funding through paypal.
