Can an Obsidian Tech Support employee possibly look into my computer for the solution?

Featured Replies

I had an issue with a Rosetta Stone once where one of there employees had to take control of my computer to solve a problem, I am not in any way computer literate, even a live chat with step by step directions would help does anyone have further info?

Thanx!

Damn what a retard I forgot to mention, my game wont work it has a black boarder around the game its self and turns off after the character build.

black border. hmm.

A resolution issue perhaps, it's an old game, or a driver issue for the same reason - legacy function is not always perfect. If it crashes as its about to launch the opening cinematic a missing third party dll.

Na na  na na  na na  ...

greg358 from Darksouls 3 PVP is a CHEATER.

That is all.

Yeah, that definitely sounds like either a driver issue or possibly just that the game's code doesn't support widescreen. Depending on where and how thick that black border is (especially on a laptop), it might be simply that your computer is just trying to display it the best that it can.

I don't quite understand what you mean about it going away after the character build though. Can you elaborate and/or possibly post some images that show it?
