Ok, I am using Reinhardt and when I equip items they appear to only have an effect in either dynamic stance or entropy stance...

examples:

I have 86 will with base weapon equiped, I equip a weapon with +52 will, my ability dps is 148 in entropy and 86 in dynamic (only affecting dynamic)

I equip a circlet with +27 will and i do the get +27 in both stances...

I equip a guantlet with +10 chaos vampire and it only shows up in dynamic

I equip a belt with +1 momentum and it only shows up in dynamic

I thought it might have something to do with the color of the text in the name of the item but it apparently it does not...

The weapon has Orange name, applies to entropy

another weapon with green name, applies to dynamic

Circlet with has blue or green, applies to both

guantlet has blue or green, applies to dynamic

belt as blue or green, applies to dynamic

Can someone please explain this to me???

The weapons are stance-specific, and thus their effects only affect your character when he/she is in that stance. It's kind of logical, after all why have their bonuses when you're not using them?

yeah but belts are not. so its proly a buuug

If you're playing as Reinhart, then your belt is one of his weapons.
