I got a little problem with the quests, i did many rounds around each town and city, every cave and swamp... to see all the quests, to get the achievement. Sadly, when i done the main quest as Lucas on casual, i did not earn the special achievement.

Can you list the Quests you have done if possible?

 

Also, did you do the quest that appears after you've done the stonebridge quests where you decide to charge people responsible for the murders/thefts 30 years ago?

I heard the Heart of Naggot is bugged. If you let it intact to destroy it later after beat the lord.

I fear this is my bug.

Redone and destroyed the heart this time - still no achievement.

Can you list all the quests you have done? I know its a little much but it lets me crosscheck it to look if you have missed one.

Uhm i guess i dont have to list the main quests, as you need them to done game.

 

I think 3 quests around ravens rill with the citizens. The swamp one, heroes crypt quests, stonebrdige things (hans, the goblin with hes automaton,..)

No, thats the one I talked about before. You go to the perpetrators (or their children) of the crimes against the legion from 30 years ago (when they were murdered by the stonebridge citizens) and decide if you to charge them/let them go/go for compensation. You get it after you did the Stonebridge Questline.

Yep. Just decide not to go after Jeyne already and the questgiver is the meister on the far right.

That quest after dealing with The Dapper Gent was the one that kept me from getting 100% completion, also.

Its a really well written quest too.
