brandysnap Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 .... and i cant see any changes whatsoever. graphics options are all the same. no improvement in the quality of the graphics @ max settings - 1080p. AA still doesnt work on radeon cards. no ingame options for key remapping or different control schemes. which would have been welcome for consumers with control scheme grievances. so why bother releasing a patch which effectively does nothing at all of worth to potential customers? it seems a waste of resources to even release a demo patch when you could be implementing new pc features. a patch for the ps3 and 360 demos would be more welcome to eradicate this reported bug that they released with low res textures set on as default.
Sannom Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 so why bother releasing a patch which effectively does nothing at all of worth to potential customers? A number of people had the demo crash on them on launch. The patch is probably aimed at them.
deejayqf Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 I still cannot work out what exactly was added. No obvious changes.
Tigranes Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 Since your demo obviously wasn't crashing, of course you wouldn't notice any changes. Let's Play: Icewind Dale Ironman (Complete) Let's Play: Icewind Dale II Ironman (Complete) Let's Play: Divinity II (Complete) Let's Play: Baldur's Gate Trilogy Ironman - BG1 (Complete) Let's Play: Baldur's Gate Trilogy Ironman - BG2 (In Progress)
