HoonDing Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 The ultimate "Haters gonna hate" gif, indeed. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.
Meshugger Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 Found this in the same thread "Some men see things as they are and say why?""I dream things that never were and say why not?"- George Bernard Shaw"Hope in reality is the worst of all evils because it prolongs the torments of man."- Friedrich Nietzsche "The amount of energy necessary to refute bull**** is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it." - Some guy
HoonDing Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 The Codex should patent the word "popamole", really. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.
Meshugger Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 I had to look up what it meant. Wonderful term Basically, it means a gameplay-mechanic that uses "duck and shoot" like in Gears of War, similar to the game of "Whack-a-mole". It also seems to used on everything in gameplay that is simplified and streamlined for console twitch-gaming. "Some men see things as they are and say why?""I dream things that never were and say why not?"- George Bernard Shaw"Hope in reality is the worst of all evils because it prolongs the torments of man."- Friedrich Nietzsche "The amount of energy necessary to refute bull**** is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it." - Some guy
HoonDing Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 I thought it referred to "popping" the heads that pop up from behind cover (like in whack-a-mole) in modern shooters. It says a lot with just one word, I'm definitely going to use that one. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.
