Morgoth Posted February 20, 2010 Author Posted February 20, 2010 Indeed. Must have looked over that. Rain makes everything better.
Deadly_Nightshade Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 Here's the other tread about the sale/game. "Geez. It's like we lost some sort of bet and ended up saddled with a bunch of terrible new posters on this forum." -Hurlshot
Morgoth Posted February 21, 2010 Author Posted February 21, 2010 Okay I played this and I totally suck in it. I'm glad I didn't have to pay first to figure that out.. Rain makes everything better.
WILL THE ALMIGHTY Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 Looks amazing, but waaaay out of my league. I can handle space flight sims but not zero G shooters. "Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade - make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager. Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons. Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons. I'm going to to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"
jaguars4ever Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 I'll real happy for you Shattered Horizon, and Imma let you finish, but Independence War 2 is the best Newtonian physics game of all time!
Rosbjerg Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 I bought it on sale and it's actually very boring - I wouldn't recommend it. No class, only 1 weapon (with some different grenades). Not that I don't admire people keeping it simple, but the game lacks the dynamics of other shooters. It usually makes everyone solo and that's just boring in the long run. Fortune favors the bald.
