February 24, 201015 yr I go away for a while and this derails to a veggie convention @Walsingham: Apparently, you can carry a Kirpan on England; as long as it doesn't overextend the limit for a bladed. It is also permitted under section 139 the defense under the ground of religion purposes. On the States it is also permitted, as long as they are secured with adhesive to their sheaths. The issue's conclusions boil down to reforming legislation to allow a type Kirpan or work around it by modifying it to fit the legal parameters.
