November 5, 200916 yr The sorry state of Windows 7 gaming Release feels almost funereal due to lack of gaming titles and support http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/33624209/ns/te...ch_and_gadgets/ I thought the above link and article was an interesting read. If what they are saying is true, we are looking into a hollow void. During the next year or so, there are only a handful of new PC games coming. I just bought a computer six months ago, and I'm beginning to view the pc gaming industry differently. Since there will not be enough released games, I am personally not going to bother upgrading. It would be a total waste. Unless something changes in the quantity (and quality) of pc games, upgrading my computer to accommodate only a few games would be a waste. The rewards do not fit the costs. I hope Obsidian is reading this article. Hopefully they will consider the possibility of keeping system requirements low. Edited November 5, 200916 yr by Lord Darius
November 5, 200916 yr I don't know what you're talking about. How about playing games that are good and new, but don't require upgrading? The consoles are keeping the required specs pretty low as it is. Edited November 5, 200916 yr by Purkake
November 6, 200916 yr You crazy man, crazy! I spent a good 15 minutes browsing that list. Thanks Purkake. - When he is best, he is a little worse than a man, and when he is worst, he is little better than a beast.
