Never mind the fact that Ironcreed didn't make any claims about how the company owes him anything, but is expressing his anxiety over a game that had a supposed release date within a month that still doesn't have a concrete release date. I know, the wait is killing me as well, but the longer it's in development, the better it ends up being.
