So some more casting. Mostly no names except one a lot of you will know. Jason Momoa, Ronon Dex from Stargate: Atlantis will be playing Khal Drogo.

Check georgerrmartin.com in the "not a blog" section for more detailed casting news. They're currently wrapping up filming of the pilot in Morocco, which is where they're setting the Free Cities then I believe they're going to Ireland for the rest.

If this turns into a series, it might give me a reason to temporarily get HBO again, like I did for Rome. And if it turns out to be a good series, I hope it lasts longer than Rome did. >.>

It would also save me from having to read the entire book series. Which still sits on my shelf with only the 1st one read.

Still gaming with my 9900k/2080ti/32 ram. One day I suppose a game may inspire me to finally upgrade. Maybe.

This seems to be the best place for consolidated GoT news.

God damn it, I guess I'm kind of looking forward to this. I blame the lack of quality TV, Sons of Anarchy is the only TV show I've been watching this season ;)

I was really hoping they'd recruit some of the Deadwood old-timers like Dayton Callie, William Sanderson or Brad Dourif.
