Zach Morris Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 In the Original KOTOR after you character became a Jedi if you checked your feats it sayed something about 40 extra force points. It said that every person reacts differently to the force so that feat is different for every character. Do you think you will be able to choose you bonus at player creation in KOTOR 2 since you start out as a Jedi? Also what could some of the choices be? Like 40 bonus force points, Elite Force Focus, or maybe Force Lightning does more damage?
Azure79 Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 Good idea. I'm not really familiar with D20 Star Wars, but being able to choose how the force uniquely reacts to your character would be fun. Consulars would could extra force points Sentinals....err.....they could get bonuses to force powers that reveal or affect the state of the enmey Guardians would get bonuses to force powers that enchance physical characteristics.
nightcleaver Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 Sentinels get general defensive powers A few of the one's Guardians get, a few the Consulars get... or just their own set would be preferrable. They're already sort of a nuked class, just because they can do multiple things.

Grand_Commander13 Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 Yeah, but we're the PC... We should be able to r0x0R everybody's s0x0Rz. And what better way than by picking one free unique force-related feat at the start of the game? Even if there were just three, if they were different and cool enough, it could lend a touch more replay value to the game. And replay value is good. Curious about the subraces in Pillars of Eternity? Check out

EvilTyger Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 Well, if done like some of the post-movie novels, each character would get bonuses to certain Abilities & Force Powers. Some were better at healing, some at dealing with animals, some at machines. One couldn't levitate anything, until he absorbed energy (heat the first time) from another source. In Luke's case, he actually changed his bonus. At first, he was into the whole 'guidance' thing. Taking out the Death Star, seeing his father's goodness. Then he went with TK, and rebuilt his father's destroyed castle. After a breif trip to the Dark Side, he went back to Guidance.
