Working free 64 bit firewall ?

I tried lavasoft's free firewall, but it failed install. There is currently a zonealarm closed beta for 64 bit I read somewhere. Any thoughts ?

 

Software firewalls really aren't one of the things I can afford to spend money on. I'm almost afraid to go anywhere using the included windows firewall.

Stay away from Zonealarm. It's a Grade A resource hog (unless it's changed recently).

 

And have you thought of Comodo? Comodo

For home use it's free.

 

Also if you're using Vista there's really nothing wrong with Windows' firewall. I use it but I'm also behind a router for that extra security.

Comodo was the only free firewall I could find that was 64bit. It's a good one though.
