Amymou
The Beijing Tourism Administration and Pegasus & Taihe International have made a fascinating 90-minute promotional film on Beijing. Titled ''Beijing 2008'', the film displays Beijing's unique culture, landscaping, nightlife and fashion trends. It portrays the Chinese capital as a city that is prepared to host the Olympics, and everything else that that entails. The film features intense colors, fast-moving takes and clips of local people and ex-pats talking about life in the city. Renowned director Feng Xiaogang and his crew have depicted his hometown from 80,000 takes and 500 hours of footage. A 12-minute trailer will soon be shown inside railway stations, airports and buses, and the final version of the film will be released later this year. article source: echinacities.com
