sadly yes.

Try using the CD - also uninstall and reinstall.

ive uninstalled and reinstalled quite a few times.

and i dont have the CD,

this was from torrent.

Buy the game, use the CDs to install - I will not help you fix an illegal copy.

i picked mine up for 20 and that was 2 years ago, you can probaby get a copy for less now

As this problem seems to stem from the use of pirated software, this is an issue no one can help you with, as piracy is not condoned by Obsidian.

 

As such, if you wish to play KOTOR2, my only advice is that you buy the game. There are many retailers from which the game is available for a fairly low price.
