People could make parodies of the films by replacing the clips dialog with joke dialog.

They could do this anyway within Fair Use law. Heck, depending on the length and the specific clips, he might not be doing anything we can't reasonably do within Fair Use ourselves. Except simply having clips for no purpose.

You spelled "publisity" and genorosity" incorrectly and the spelling in the question differs from the spelling in the title....heh heh
