Contributor's names left of credits????

I found this on Bioware. It seems that some contributors to NWN2 through NWN1 have been left out of the credits. Thread HERE

 

I hope this isn't true or just an oversight. It is really poor business practice not to give credit where credit is due. Jobs are hard enough to come by without being denied a bit of exposure that might get them another project. These kind of practices can keep contributors from putting food on their family's table.
