Select the My Controls link at the top right hand corner of the forum. From your control panel, you should have an Edit Signature on your lefthand side. You can add text and tags in the text box there.

 

Edit: DN just did one better and showed exactly which tags to use :thumbsup:

I'm not sure I'm following you yet, but I think Deadly_Nightshade has your answer. Just enter the BBCode in your signature area. Since you have text in your signature already, I'll assume you know where that is.

Configure browser push notifications
