For the past 2 weeks, BIO has been pimping this NWN PW. Lastw eek it was about the NWN version,a nd this week it was about their plans for NWN2.

 

Anyways, I've been trying it out for the past week, and it's pretty good. Those who are still playing NWN should check it out.

 

Important Note: This is a high action, and phat loot collecting PW.

 

However, it does have lots to offer including the following: xp bonus for parties, chnages/upgrades to basically all races/classes, up to level 60 (that's right, level 60), spell workovers including higher level summons, varied and amazing items, class oreinted quests, leveitation and waterbretahing rings you need for certain higher end areas, and a very active community over (now) 4 servers, oppurtunties to become liches and other stuff, many, many new subraces, a campaign/server long quest, and a chance (mythically) to become an 'immortal'.....

I just reached level 10 (barb 1/wiz9) as an artic dwarf... will be... barb4/wiz16 at 20.

P.S. Only hak pak they used is CEP (not quite sure what version since I ahd it already), I believe...

 

Be wary of m,onsters like rust monster, and cubes that steal your equipment.

 

Death is relatively cheap xp/gp wise; but be careful as there's chance you may lose a fvaored item (I lost some awesome boots, lol).

i wish i had hordes of the underdark, never bothered to buy it and now i'm itching for some PW goodness. can't find it in the shop here at helsinki either

Might as well get the Diamond edition and get the first 3 Premium Mods along with it.

Again, this is a great action PW. It should be noted that they have new epic spells - some very powerful onesincluding rezzing the entire part, giving 1000 extra hp, self raising after you die, and lots of other ube spells.

 

Of course, it's hard to get these spells because you have some requirements to meet: level 30+ wizard, have the correct school epic spell focus, and find someone to teach you it.

 

Just found the levitation ring. Cool stuff. Top 3 action server for sure.

 

 

P.S. You might be best waiting for NWN2 to come out to buy NWN1. That's right. After. Why? Because with the sequel come sout, the originals' pric e will drop (it's still at a decent price here, anyways).
