Atton:Just Try to get influence with Atton.Then on Nar Shadda, talk to the 2 twileks in the refugee sector.They tell u about Atton Coming Here before.Then Talk to him.If u have enough influence, he will become a Jedi. Handmaiden (if ur a male):Ask her to show u fighting moves.Once u pass all three training levels, she wants to break her oath to Atris and become a Jedi. Disciple (if ur female):He's actually pretty easy Just stay on his good side and he's a jedi. Bao Dur can somehow but I'm not sure. Mira (LS only):Basically same things as Disciple.
