That's too bad, Irrational would have rocked it.

So instead of a SS3 from Irrational we now get SS3 from EA and Bioshock from Irrational. I can't see how that is a bad thing. Bioshock appears to be amazing, so we're already getting one good thing, and now there is the chance of two. True, EA may do a horrible version of SS3, but then we'd be no worse of than if they hadn't done it in the first place. But it could also turn out good. Not every title released by EA is a bad game.

As for Shodan, I would have preferred it if she had remained destroyed after SS2. I'm not a fan of reusing the same villain over and over. Although at least it can make sense with her.

I loved the twist in the second one. If it wasn't for the fact that Shodan was on the cover, I would have never expected her to be in the game, let alone ordering me around the whole time.

I thought about putting it in a Spoiler tag. But given the game is 7 years old, I say too bad.

I never got my pirated abandonware version to work.

When I said destroyed I didn't mean they would kill her off in SS3, I meant they would destroy her coolness.

I get the feeling that Bioshock will be more of a System Shock game than EA's SS3 will ever be, but we shall see...

I sincerely doubt EA will be able to deliver another Classic. Maybe a solid FPS, bot nothing more. --> No thanks.
