vaxen83 Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 (edited) Atton's story is interesting as his is related in some way to assassination of Jedi, cruel as it may sound. Also tells about personal struggles that he had considering his experiences of war and what he learned after death of a female Jedi and ongoing issues he had with Kreia. Alec Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 Atton was a Sith Assassin elite that captured Jedi to be converted into Sith. He eventually faced a female Jedi but before he killed her she opened her mind to his and showed him the Force as she intended... so Atton was enraged and killed her, but the scar left inside him made him desert the Sith. Probably that's why he was being hunted by the Sith but I don't know why he ended up in the mining facility in Peragus.
vaxen83 Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 Either due to not being able to situate encounter with Atton in another part of TSL logically apart from Peragus, or simply because his connection with Exile was not really explained sufficiently. Dark_Raven Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 Because the new mods aren't so strict. Which isn't bad. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That can change, quickly. Seeing that this only mentions K2 characters, moving to spoilers. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.

Alec Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 You mean, dark side humour <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes. But always funny.
SamuraiGaijin Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 Mira - the dialog when you turn her is touching, and she actually thanks you later. Plus, there's a great representation of it here ... http://aimostudio.com/gallery/sketch/2005/20050313.jpg (here's hoping the link works)
Alec Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 The link doesn't work. However the dialogue with Mira is very nice indeed
Vexia Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 Atton was a Sith Assassin elite that captured Jedi to be converted into Sith. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> A few thoughts... Some jedi possess for-sight, the female jedi in question may have sensed his importance to a future she could not forsee in great detail... But her forsight was both powerful enough and urgent enough for her to find Atton and in the end die for him... she may have even forseen this outcome... even to the extent of knowing what he would do to her once she was captured. As we are talking about the force and a hardcore jedi... Atton talks "Around" why he is imprisoned on Peragus...citing "trumped up charges...infractions" ... I kind of like the idea he was drawn there subconsciously by the forsight he was exposed to when he killed the un-named female jedi. I also like the idea he may have arrived on perragus in time to get the drif on what was going on. Enough so that he got himself thrown in jail - which turned out to be a pretty safe place to be... or he was an early inconvienence to Corta... who got him thrown there... Lots of room for the imagination to play. Vexia
Alec Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 Atton was and will always be... the fool... but the Force will watch for those like him and it will guide him.
vaxen83 Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 Sometimes, converting Mira into a Sentinel works just as well in conjunction with her ranged attack capabilities. Deep from within... Victims live a life of fantasy. Some see salvation as an act of God, a few look within for it. 朱宣澧
Alec Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 I though that she would've become a Guardian. There's only one guardian after all and that's HM. And me of course.
chris the jedi killer Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 hANDMAIDEN And mira look sexyas dark jedi A coward dies a thousand deaths but a soulja dies one~ 2Pac
Alec Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 hANDMAIDEN And mira look sexyas dark jedi <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No they don't... well maybe Mira, but just a little. Their skin... it's awful.
vaxen83 Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 Whether it is DS/LS, Mira's and Handmaiden's faces don't look as drastically transformed as one's PC character. Although their portraits might have some kind of colour change that most other characters could have. Atton's DS appearance is quite noticeable though. Deep from within... KoToR3:hopefull Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 I dont bother converting anyon except atton, then theres me visas and atton and that is more then sufficient. The others are capable enough as it is to take care of say, the sith temple on duxun.
chris the jedi killer Posted August 12, 2006 Posted August 12, 2006 I played the game few times and I never turned Bao-Dur in to a jedi <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Neither did i A coward dies a thousand deaths but a soulja dies one~ 2Pac
