Well I can run KOTOR1 perfectly fine, and I can fully install KOTOR2 fine, but when I run KOTOR2, it crashes at the first cut scene after the loading screen after character generation? A though? suggestion?answer?

Must be a defective disc. Disable all unnecessary options like movies, advanced sound & anything that u think your pc can't handle

Yeah, I have the same problem, after a in-game movie (not a cut-scene) the screen goes black and that's it. I figured a way out to still see the movies, but then you have to set your game to windowed mode. Anyone have any idea how to see the movies full-screen?

Mostly it could be video problems

Computer and hardware specs are useful to give when asking questions like these.

 

It could be anything, although most likely some kind of video issue, I agree.
