June 9, 200619 yr I've recently installed KOTOR II on my new computer and there are some serious problems, which make the game unplayable. First of all, character textures are all black. But that's a minor problem What's really making it unplayable is the fact that the game plays too fast, and is all "twitchy" - Just like it used to be in the Prince of Persia - Warrior Within. The said problem was attributed to the dual-core processors (I've Athlon 64X2 3800+) and could be remedied by using the v-sync. As a matter of fact, it did help. But soon enough (first conversation with Kreia) it was back, only this time for good.
June 9, 200619 yr Author if it's a dual-core problem maybe try disabling one core? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, there was a program which could do that somewhere, at least I think I did read about that. But still, maybe there's another solution (if that's the problem here
June 11, 200619 yr Author Update : after reinstalling the game, the problems were gone. Only after loading a save they were back. Strange.
June 12, 200619 yr And by the way - my character wont even move. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Than how did you talk to Kreia?
